The club specialises in hot yoga and offers a wide selection of classes. Amanda was the first person in the UK to teach hot (Bikram) yoga after studying with Bikram Chowdry himself in LA in the 80s, Stephanie Scheier. who has lived and worked in many countries in international sports event management, as well as being a trained make up artist.
