It's always nice when someone volunteers to take in a foreign exchange student while they do their studies. But the woman in todays, Phone Tap is about to get a big surprise.... when Jubal tells her that HER exchange student isn't a young school kid. It's actually 47 year old homeless guy, named Sergei!
