Our guest is Dr. Josephine Worseck. She has a Ph.D. in molecular biology and works as a naturopath, Wim Hof trainer, yoga and meditation teacher. In 2016 she supervised a scientific study on the Wim Hof method and later became the first female German-speaking certified Wim Hof trainer. She also the author of the new book The healing power of cold: Use cold to strengthen the immune system, reduce stress and become more efficient (German Edition).
