Often people refer to Brisbane as one property market, but we all know this simply is not true. Brisbane is made up of a number of different council regions, each with very different property market drivers.
Today's episode explores each of the council regions that make up Greater Brisbane. We unpack the median value in each region as well as each region's historical capital growth performance. We also project forward to look at future land and building supply in each region to understand more about the potential for future supply and how that is likely to impact on future growth performance.
