Sleeping on Stone Pillows and 30 Unusual Past Habits

When people speak about ancient times, they basically envision backward people who just gathered harvest and didn't know science or math to explain the world. But is that association really justified? For example, the Egyptian invented paper and built mind-boggling works of architecture like the Great Pyramids that scientists still can't explain to this day! And did you know the Greeks prized their dogs, and would do anything to protect them? They even invented that spiky dog collar everyone’s wearing these days. Or that the first university was in India almost 3,000 years ago? It had about 10,000 students and 60 different subjects. We decided to open up the curtains of history and found some really interesting facts about ancient people that you won't find in many history books or see in Hollywood movies!
