Some planets rain liquid iron. Others are being eaten by their own sun. ? But we didn't get to learn much about the planet Formalhaut b. And that's because not long after it was discovered and photographed, it started vanishing right before scientists' eyes! It's a massive exoplanet that's literally turning into a cloud of dust. But that's not by far the most extreme and unusual planet in the universe. There are plenty more! ??
