From raising funds for community causes, hosting food drives and walks to leading and advising the Black Employee Network Employee Resource Group at Coca-Cola, breaking down internal silos, and hosting local business owners at the company headquarters, she does it all. Tennille’s prowess is a blueprint on how ERGs fill multiple needs of belonging, creativity and innovation and collaboration.
