In this episode, we discuss the newly passed SBA rule which allows small businesses to use different avenues to submit for past performance. Two avenues are a small business operating in a Joint Venture with another company as well as a small business operating as a first tier subcontractor. We discuss our views on this new rule and what it means for small businesses in the contracting world moving forward.
