In this episode, we discuss something new we learned about the the GAO aka the congressional watchdog. GAO provides reports and research which are required by law or congressional committees and are something incorporated or not. This episode introduces a report published last year discussing twelve (yes 12) trends that the GAO identifies to watch over the next five to fifteen years and the potential impact it could have to procurement, especially small businesses.
