Welcome to the fifth day of doctrine where we gift Hot Wings. Lieutenant Colonel Bill Lewis, Aviation Doctrine and Tactics Division Deputy, discusses the nesting of doctrinal publications and why we should examine the content of our doctrine for today’s Army. He also shows the focus areas at the Aviation Center of Excellence and the greater aviation community.
