As an improvement minded person, I'm constantly looking for the next challenge and I'm usually doing some sort of personal mini challenge to keep things interesting and tackle my goals. The essence of the holiday season is simple and perfect. The holidays are a time of joy, kinship, and relaxation. Nothing really needs to be added to this equation, but us humans like to complicate things. Black Friday was added to the mix by retailers starting in the 1950s. Today we see that many people are willing to go in debt over their holiday purchases and many others regret buying those Black Friday items. Today's episode presents a simple framework for navigating purchases and coming out ahead on Black Friday.
