Ep 96Whitney Port Opens Up About Self-Care, Her Exact Skincare Routine and Reality TV 2.0.

Welcome to our final podcast #crossover of the year. In today’s episode, we’ve got none other than Whitney Port in the house! The style-setting mama has come a long way since the 2010’s reality TV hit, The Hills. Firstly, there’s her podcast, With Whit, where her heart-to-heart convos have kept her 1.5M-strong fanbase tuning in on the regular. Then, there’s her covetable fashion projects (look forward to a Rent The Runway collab in April 2020!). And now, the MTV re-boot, The Hills: New Beginnings, is returning for a second season. In this episode, Whitney reflects back on the realities of reality television, and how self-care can be as simple as saying ‘no.’ Plus, since Whitney is a fellow skincare obsessee, we find out the exact secrets to her glowing skin, including the pro treatments and the #damngood products lining her top shelf right now. And in true podswap fashion, you can find your humble Breaking Beauty hosts over on With Whit’s feed this week, where we discuss our own beauty faves of the season, including our most trusted skincare musts. Ep 94Meet Urban Decay's Co-Founder Wende Zomnir

Meet Wende Zomnir, co-founder of Urban Decay, the 90s makeup brand that’s as relevant today as it was in its graffiti-grunge heyday. In today’s episode, the Texas-born pageant girl, Mom and surfer recalls how frustration with the candy-pink facade of the beauty biz drove her to start a rebellious cosmetics company that was years ahead of its time with out-of-the-crayon-box bold eyeshadows, blue lipsticks and all-gendered, near-black nail polishes to mark its initial lineup. We also get the incredible back story behind *the* NAKED palette that helped propel Urban Decay to the top of the beauty game (estimates are that they have topped 1 billion dollars in sales of just that one palette since it launched in 2010!) Ep 92The Original Makeup Eraser Founder Lexi McCarthy

This week we’re delivering the damn good story behind one of beauty’s biggest innovations, The Original Makeup Eraser! Accidental inventor Lexi McCarthy dishes the dirt on the O.G. reusable polyester cloth that broke the beautysphere by removing all traces of makeup with get this - no cleanser or chemicals whatsoever. Ep 83Ep. 83 Meet Kilian Hennessy, Founder of By Kilian Fragrances

Today we take you inside the mind of French fragrance founder Kilian Hennessy, who launched his range of luxe scents, By Kilian, in 2007. Find out why his bold gourmand blend, Love Don’t Be Shy, is Rihanna’s ride-or-die perfume (it’s sold out in every store around the world!) We also introduce you to the all-time best-seller, Good Girl Gone Bad, a white floral that comes in a Serpentine-embellished, lacquer clutch. Plus, Kilian spills all on his next creation launching this month – his biggest departure from the 35 existing fragrances he’s created to date. But that’s not all. Last year, Kilian introduced the world to scented lipsticks! Listen to the end to find out whether more perfumed cosmetics are to come… If the name sounds familiar, Kilian Hennessy is indeed of Hennessy ilk. Here, the dapper Frenchman recalls his family’s history starting out in cognac, which led to the LVMH (Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy) empire. Brushes with famous perfumers, intimate details working with a bad boy designer, and the real reason Kilian refused to work for big fragrance companies – whether you love perfume or not, you’ll not want to miss the origin story behind the sleeper label unafraid to make a big statement. Ep 82Ep. 82 Clear Skin Secrets With Dr. Pimple Popper (aka Dr. Sandra Lee)

Acne positivity ftw— and yet, many still struggle with acne and self esteem. So much so that we felt it was high time to dedicate an entire episode to the topic. And who better to be our guest than Dr. Sandra Lee, aka Dr. Pimple Popper herself!? The dermatologist’s Youtube videos have gone so viral amongst ‘popaholics’, she even has her own show on TLC. Perhaps you’ve seen one of her live-extraction videos, which have earned up to 46 million views. (Is there such a thing as pimple porn?) Or maybe you’re one of her 3.5 million Instagram followers, who tune in for “exploding lava” and accidentally learn something important about skin in the process. In today’s episode, Dr. Sandra Lee schools us on what you can do in-office and at home to make a visible difference in acneic skin. Then, stay tuned as she sheds some light on how to tackle acne and aging at once. Finally, Dr. Sandra gives us the skinny on what’s in her own beauty cabinet at home. Ep 76Ep 76 - The #DamnGoods: Body Hair Extravaganza!

Has anyone clocked the latest shaving ads that feature fluffy limbs, bushy pits and full-on pubic hair? With the cultural shift toward body and acne positivity, body hair acceptance is the next frontier in beauty realness. In today’s episode, Carlene and Jill discuss the merits of these latest marketing campaigns that (surprise!) are still trying to sell you a new razor. First we zoom in on Billie, the Serena Williams-backed company that’s leading the charge with its #projectbodyhair initiative that reinforces the fact that shaving is a choice. We also break down the meaning of the “pink tax” and what some brands are doing to fire back. Next, we take a look at the industry giants duping the indie brands with radically different ads featuring women of all shapes, sizes, ethnicities and skin conditions compared to the svelte, pale and completely hairless models of years past. Full disclosure: Carlene and Jill still shave, wax and gadget their way to a hair-free aesthetic (in some body areas, anyway). In this Damn Goods episode, Jill test drives the newest offerings in drugstores, including innovations that promise you can shave up and down, not to mention side-to-side. Meanwhile, Carlene gets down with some chic new safety razors that lean into zero waste. (Given that two billion plastic razors end up in landfills every year, you’ll definitely think twice next time about ever reaching for a disposable again!) In-grown hairs? We got you with the winning solutions on that front, too… *Disclaimer: Unless otherwise stated, all products reviewed are gratis media samples submitted for editorial consideration.* Thanks to our show sponsor, Spotlyte:If you’re obsessed with beauty, skincare, and curious to learn more about medical aesthetics, go to www.thespotlyte.com/beauty to find out more! Ep 73Ep 73 - The #DamnGoods: The Only Face Sunscreens You’ll Need This Summer, Tested

“I’m so pumped to put on face sunscreen!!”, said nobody ever. But the truth is, once you find the Holy Grail that you don’t actually mind wearing under makeup all summer, it’s truly the best anti-aging cream you could ever buy – and probably the cheapest, TBH. That’s why Jill and Carlene tested over 20 of the buzziest face sunscreens on shelves right now, and at the end of this episode, they reveal their top five favourites. But first, time to phone a friend! Meet skin therapist extrordinaire Dija Ayodele, founder of The Black Skin Directory in London. Dija explains why every skintone needs to wear sunscreen (not just us pasty pale types!) and she shares her very best SPF tips (like why do you need a facial sunscreen instead of moisturizer with SPF, anyway? And what step do you put sunscreen on in your skincare routine?). Find out Dija’s picks for the best face sunscreens for black skin that she uses herself. In this skin-saving Damn Goods episode, Carlene and Jill dig into their beauty editor handbook to share some Sunscreen 101, like the meaning of broad-spectrum sunscreen and the difference between chemical and physical formulas. Then, stay tuned as they deliver the Coles Notes on this year’s jaw-dropping Consumer Reports sunscreen study, like the sad fact that very few sunscreens actually live up to their claims. Ep 72Ep. 72 #TheGlowDown: Debunking Natural Deodorant Myths; Plus How to Find One That Really Works For You

Did you ever wonder “should I make the switch to natural deodorant?” There’s a lot to unpack with this topic so we partnered with Schmidt’s Naturals founder Jaime Schmidt to debunk the biggest myths around natural deodorant and how to find one that really works for you. She first started selling her hand-crafted deodorants, formulated without aluminum or artificial fragrances at a farmer’s market in Seattle in 2010; fast-forward nearly a decade later and she’s now rolling out to almost every mass-market retailer and just announced a new partnership with Justin Bieber (!!) for a collaboration called Here + Now, expected sometime in late 2019. We debunk loads of myths with Jaime and then stay tuned to the end for some #damngood reviews where we put a bunch of all natural deodorants for women to the test including baking soda-free versions. Ep 71Ep. 71 MAC Cosmetics Co-Founder Frank Toskan (Re-Release)

By popular demand, we sat down with legendary co-founder Frank Toskan, to hear every detail about how the mother of all beauty companies, M.A.C Cosmetics, came to be. With its unforgettable, original tagline: "All Ages, All Races, All Sexes," M.A.C was waaay ahead of its time, tapping into a culture completely foreign to the stalwart beauty brands lining store shelves when it launched in 1984. Jill and Carlene recall the M.A.C beauty products that helped form their youths (hands up if you wore Twig Lipstick!). Plus, we remind you of the brand's ultimate best-sellers like Ruby Woo Lipstick (2,900 of their made-in-Canada lipsticks are sold everyday around the world) and their epic foundations, which offered nearly 40 shades decades before Fenty Beauty came along. Then, Frank takes us way back, on coming to North America as a young immigrant, with little more than a children's suitcase and a few small trinkets inside. Beauty history buffs will want to hear the story of Frank Toskan and Frank Angelo ("Frank & Frank" as the two founders would become known) partners in life and business until Frank Angelo's passing in the 1990's. And finally, the origin story on how Frank Toskan came to compose early M.A.C prototypes using nothing more than craft store supplies in his Toronto kitchen. Plus, we got alllll the juicy celebrity moments that helped catapult M.A.C to household name status (a young Lady Gaga, Madonna and Linda Evangelista were all involved). Don't miss the rebellious acts that had department stores up in arms, like giving out condoms at beauty counters (mon dieu!) We also go deep on VIVA Glam, the unparalleled giving-back program that's earned a whopping $480M for M.A.C's AIDS Fund, including a sneak peek on an academic book on the topic (launching just in time for VIVA Glam's 25th anniversary next year). So, what's Frank Toskan up to now? We've got the scoop on his next indie startup, called Impact Kitchen, that tastes as good as it is for you. *Disclaimer: Unless otherwise stated, all products reviewed are gratis media samples submitted for editorial consideration.* Hosts: Carlene Higgins and Jill Dunn Theme song, used with permission: Cherry Bomb by Saya For any products mentioned in this episode, check out our blog: www.breakingbeautypodcast.com/blog Get social with us and let us know what you think of the episode! www.Instagram.com/breakingbeautypodcast www.Twitter.com/BreakingBtyPod Join our private Facebook group Please rate and review us in Apple PodcastsSee Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

In today’s episode, Jill comes clean with a dirty little beauty secret: she’s v. lazy when it comes to cleaning her makeup brushes! Anyone relate? We get a lesson in makeup brushes 101 with celebrity makeup artist, Pati Dubroff. (She was in town with Winners/Marshalls Canada, because serious heads up— they have prestige cosmetics at a discount, too.) She should know, having worked with Madonna in the 90s, held court as Dior’s resident makeup ambassador for many years, and these days, she regularly glows up the faces of Margot Robbie and Priyanka Chopra Jonas. We also get Pati’s take on the top makeup brushes that should be in everybody’s makeup kit, and we get the #glowdown on synthetic versus natural bristles. Finally, you’ll hear all the deets on Pati’s tricks for brush care and whether those sanitizing sprays are a good idea or not. You’re not going to want to miss the moment where Jill hands Pati all of her dirty brushes to wash live on the mic—this is not a drill! We begin our chat by getting behind-the-scenes insights into the artistry behind Priyanka Chopra’s camp-themed, MET gala look, including the hidden, historical meaning behind beauty mark placement. Next, we dive right into the topic of the day, starting with what separates a good brush from the bad. In a podcast bonding moment, Pati and Jill discover they share the same ride-or-die makeup brush (psst… it’s great for both foundation and concealer).

Ep 68Ep. 68 Legendary Hairstylist Frédéric Fekkai

Women of a certain age know the name of this hair legend: Frédéric Fekkai. Get ready to hear the backstory behind the dashing Frenchman and former model who was among the first to charge hundreds of dollars for a haircut in Manhattan. In his heyday, Frédéric was called upon by Hollywood royalty like Meryl Streep and Oprah Winfrey— at one Academy Awards show, he worked on three nominees in one night! His eponymous haircare brand was also among the original hairstylist-backed brands, and it would become coveted for its anti-grunge, Fekkai Brilliant Glossing Cream, bringing that salon suave to top shelves across the continent. (Carlene even recalls one swanky press trip when she was helicoptered to Frédéric’s estate in Upstate New York!) But after selling his self-titled haircare business in 2008, the brand lost its cool factor. In today’s episode, Frédéric explains why he recently bought back his own brand—and details his plans for re-inventing the House of Fekkai to compete with the Ouai’s and Brigeo’s of this world. Bitten by the entrepreneurial bug, Frédéric never retired for long though. Meet the clean beauty brand born from his roots in the South of France, called Bastide. What began as a small assortment of artisanal, luxe-y perfumes, hand washes and body creams sold at high end department stores Nordstrom and Holt Renfrew, the highly giftable brand is ready to take on skincare this fall. Frédéric talks to us about shifting his focus from hair to face; he also explains the right* way to blow-dry your hair; and he shares some knee-slapping stories about his stylish travels working with the likes of Martha Stewart (pre & post-penitentiary) along the way. Ep 66Ep. 66 Luxury Organic Makeup Founder Kirsten Kjaer Weis

Who doesn’t love a sleeper hit? Among the cacophony of beauty launches, meet the indie brand that’s managed to quietly cut through the clutter to amass a niche group of devoted beauty fans. We sit down with makeup artist Kirsten Kjaer Weis, who tells us all about the vision for her eponymous cosmetics range that’s both ultra-luxury and certified organic—not to mention entirely re-fillable. Seven years in the making, Kjaer Weiss launched in 2010 to heaps of magazine write-ups, thanks in part to its beyond-beautiful packaging (designed by the mastermind behind Comme des Garcons’ chic AF fragrances, Marc Atlan.) It quickly became a cult favourite amongst the models who were often in Kirsten’s makeup chair, celebrities like Emma Watson and makeup artists like Katey Denno. The reason? High performance makeup that could compete with conventional makeup brands—without any irritating toxins. Kjaer Weis has been often called upon by the likes of Marie Claire and Self magazines, for her ability to make skin look flawless and utterly natural all at once. In this episode, you’ll get an earful on the best-selling mascara and foundation, plus, Kirsten’s pro tips for nailing that woke-up-like-this-but-better base. Ep 63Ep. 63 Meet Nancy Twine, The Founder of Briogeo, The Fastest-Growing Haircare Brand at Sephora

Meet the fastest growing hair care brand at Sephora: Briogeo. Today we’re chatting with its brilliant founder, Nancy Twine, a University of Virginia graduate and Goldman Sachs alum. As a woman of colour, she couldn't understand why there wasn’t any natural, non-toxic haircare on the market for all ethnicities and hair textures under one brand. Having whipped up DIY beauty products using avocado oils and butters with her mother and grandmother as a child, clean beauty was also top of mind. She blended the two ideas, and in 2013, Briogeo was born. But why leave that high paying Wall Street job to begin with? In this episode, Nancy reveals the heart-breaking moment that caused her to re-evaluate everything in her life. She also shares a funny story about a surprising connection she has to Kelly Clarkson. And in the spirit of true #girltalk, we get her personal tips on blow-drying her hair in under 12 minutes, and the story behind that comb that broke the internet. Jill and Carlene weigh in on why Briogeo’s best-selling Don’t Despair, Repair! Deep Conditioning Mask is truly a dream for dry, damaged hair. (Super influencers Hannah Bronfman and Ingrid Neilsen are fans of the brand.) Finally, Nancy explains which 6 ingredients you’ll never find in any of her formulations. And we don’t let her go without getting all the deets on why hair supplements are what she’s conquering next – coming this fall. Ep 62Ep. 62 #TheGlowDown: Do You Need CBD in Your Beauty Routine?

Is it just us or is CBD Beauty EVERYWHERE right now? There’s so much to learn, which is why we partnered with Miss Grass on a special episode all about the benefits of cannabis beauty. On the mic we welcome Anna Duckworth and Kate Miller, founders of the leading women’s cannabis website that’s been dubbed “The Goop of Cannabis” by W Magazine. Aside from offering up pink porcelain “Le Pipes”, cannabis-spiked lubes, celebrity-loved gummies and beauty products like CBD-infused face serums, Miss Grass is out to educate with an online magazine. And since they cover topics like: “How I faced my dispensary fear and found serenity,” (#relatable!) we knew we needed to get Anna and Kate’s tips on how they’ve been using cannabis beauty in their own lives to treat symptoms of celiac disease and psoriasis. If you’re wondering why cannabis beauty might be beneficial in skincare, it’s because cannabidiol and other parts of the plant are known, powerful anti-inflammatories. But let’s be honest, since cannabis has been outlawed for so long, clinical data is only now starting to get underway. In the meantime, it’s the wild west out there – and how’s a girl to shop? Do we really need CBD in our mascaras? All this and more, in today’s episode. We’ve got a promo code! They also hat-tip the big beauty brands committing to zero waste manufacturing and next level recycling programs in the year to come, like TerraCycle and its new re-fill delivery pilot project, Loop. Ep 56Ep. 56 #TheGlowDown - Makeup Artist and “Brutally Honest” Beauty Influencer Samantha Ravndahl on YouTube drama, why she’s over PhotoShop and what’s on her top shelf

Alright, you can stop DM’ing us because the Samantha Ravndahl episode is finally here! “Meet the beauty blogger who’s made a career out of brutal honesty,” said Vanity Fair, in an article profiling the 26-year-old professional makeup artist last year. Samantha began creating content in 2013 with just 2,000 followers, which grew into 10,000 fans in one month— and ballooned into an audience of one million in just one year. One Lil’ Kim lawsuit behind her, and the super influencer has earned 2.2M Instagram followers tune in to the Vancouverite’s feed for her boundary-pushing beauty lewks that have been known to skew into special FX. But it’s Samantha’s badass, no-holding-back attitude that keep them coming back. Case in point: in December, she released a “No More PR” video announcing that she would no longer be accepting thousands of dollars worth of publicity products from brands anymore — a waste-reductive move that drew headlines in WWD Magazine. We asked Samantha about why she made that decision (who doesn’t like freebies?!), and how her tutorials and her relationships with brands has changed since then. Six years in, Samantha— and her content— are continually evolving. We get the scoop on her decision to stop retouching face and body “blemishes” on any of her photos moving forward. Ep 55Ep. 55 Romain Gaillard, founder of green beauty mecca The Detox Market

It’s no secret that green beauty is everything these days (natural personal care and beauty products earned over $1.5 billion in U.S. sales in 2017.) But long before Sephora came up with the “Clean at Sephora” seal, Romain Gaillard pioneered the modern concept of green beauty retail with The Detox Market. That was back in 2010. It was a pop-up situation on Abbott Kinney in Venice Beach. And it was the first time you could walk into a shoppe and find that every beauty product lining store shelves was not only chic but free of parabens, phthalates, petrochemicals and over 600 other questionable ingredients it’s banned from a highly curated assortment. Now The Detox Market boasts seven locations including three in Los Angeles, three in Toronto (including a swank new shoppe on Spadina Ave.), and a 2,000 square foot flagship in New York City. Ep 53Ep. 53 Makeup For Melanin Girls Founder Tomi Gbeleyi

Meet Tomi Gbeleyi, the 27-year-old founder of Makeup For Melanin Girls. Winning headlines in Glamour Magazine, and Buzzfeed, MFMG Cosmetics was born out of a beauty blog that blossomed into a 170,000-strong online community, filling a void for women of colour. Just a year and a half in, the direct-to-consumer makeup line recently earned investment capital from the New Voices Fund – a Unilever-backed initiative designed to support Women of Color entrepreneurs. Tomi was driven to develop her line of beauty products at the behest of her loyal following. The best-selling liquid lipsticks boast “nudes” and “flesh” tones for every skin hue – and they haven’t gone unnoticed in Hollywood either. This fall, MFMG will enter the foundation category, with shades currently in development using never-before-used technology - which shouldn’t come as a surprise given her first life working as a woman in tech.

Ep 52Ep. 52 #TheGlowDown: Celebrity Hairstylist Adir Abergel Dishes Red Carpet-to-Real-Life Secrets

It’s red carpet season, woot woot! So what better time to welcome celebrity hairstylist Adir Abergel. You’ve seen his masterful skills on Saoirse Ronan’s bedroom hair for the February Hollywood issue of Vanity Fair. He also fashioned one of his signature un-average updos for Charlize Theron at the Critics Choice Awards. The LA-based hair pro is also creative director and partner in a line of repairing, pure keratin-based hair products, called Virtue Labs. Listen in as Carlene fawns all over Adir’s hair accessories collab with Lelet New York, which filled a void for clients like Kristen Stewart and Rooney Mara who wouldn’t be caught dead in the cute-sy aesthetic of typical baubles and bows. With architectural, edgy designs that include antique gold chains cascading from a hair comb worthy of a GOT character, it’s no surprise that the luxe collection was written up in Vogue and subsequently sold out in a snap. And while Adir may sound completely high-glam, he’s really a bohemian spirit at heart, with a dramatic coming up story that probably warrants a big screen of its own. A hair prodigy if ever there was one, Adir began daydreaming about hair at the age of 5, he began doing hair at age 10, and he started apprenticing at just 15 years old. Spoiler alert: he was living on his own at the time, a ballet student who once was also a back up vocalist for Michael Jackson. Listen in as Adir shares his red carpet tips and tricks you can really use IRL, including a DIY hack for what to do if your hair products gets lost in a long-haul. Plus, the haircuts that age us; why woke-up-like-this waves are a bit over; and career advice from a legit Hollywood hair guru.

Ep 51Ep. 51 Hair Colour Legend Christophe Robin, founder of Christophe Robin Hair Care

Today we’re talking hair colour with a French master. The colourist behind Tilda Swinton, Vanessa Paradis and Catherine Deneuve’s perfect colour and healthy shine— it’s Christophe Robin! Christophe was the long-time magic man behind all the big L’Oréal Paris hair colour ad campaigns, plus the hands responsible for 90’s supermodels’ sparkling manes. They all went to Christophe to get this signature look: natural radiance without compromising the health of hair. (Except for that one angry model who did something completely outré when Christophe committed a hair colour faux pas once… and he’s spilling the tea!) Find out how he started working in hair at the tender age of 14 and then at just 24, debuted his own salon, dedicated solely to hair colour. It was the first of its kind in Paris. Shortly after, he launched his eponymous line with the aim of solving the issues he observed from behind the chair. Mixing up salt-water solutions to help sensitized scalps post-dyeing, or vinegar to balance the pH alkalinity, these are the hand-spun fixes he would build on to create his luxury formulations for women to use at home. Today, his Cleansing Purifying Scrub With Sea Salt is a best-seller and, as we can attest, the colour-safe detoxifying scrub keeps roots feeling clean for 3-5 days. Having introduced the rest of the world to the concept of scalp exfoliation, Christophe makes customer education top priority in his salon, now located on rue Bachaumont in Paris. Don’t miss the guru’s no-filter take on vegetable hair colour; dry shampoo ‘don’ts’; how to tweak your hair colour to make dark under eye circles less obvious; and a hack for taking your hair colour down a notch if you return from the salon a tad too dark. *Disclaimer: Unless otherwise stated, all products reviewed are gratis media samples submitted for editorial consideration.* Hosts: Carlene Higgins and Jill Dunn Theme song, used with permission: Cherry Bomb by Saya For any products mentioned in this episode, check out: www.breakingbeautypodcast.com/blog Get social with us and let us know what you think of the episode! www.Instagram.com/breakingbeautypodcast www.Twitter.com/BreakingBtyPod Join our private Facebook group Please rate and review us in Apple PodcastsSee Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

Ep 49Ep. 49 Remembering Brandon Truaxe, Founder of Deciem and The Ordinary

We are deeply saddened by the untimely passing of Brandon Truaxe, founder of Deciem and The Ordinary. We sat down with Brandon in January of 2018 - when he was at the top of his game, making headlines and mystifying the competition- and we are re-releasing this episode as a tribute to his creative genius within the beauty industry and beyond. As evidenced in this episode, Brandon was funny, brilliant and sensitive, and he will be missed. We thank you for listening. Brandon’s genius was that he was radically transparent and it earned him a lot of respect and trust with beauty consumers. When The Ordinary launched in 2016, never before had such incredible formulations, centred around hero ingredients like vitamin C and retinol, been delivered in chic, no-frills packaging at rock-bottom prices. When we asked him about this blockbuster, budget-friendly creation de-throning prestige skincare 10 times its price, he said: “There’s nothing luxurious about being taken for an idiot.” The products clearly resonated - some launches had 25,000 + people on the waitlist In a word, Brandon was an innovator. He had a passion for the beauty industry that was truly one of a kind. I mean, even the tagline for Deciem is “The Abnormal Beauty Company” - evidence that he never took himself too seriously. This mix of innovation and cheeky sense of humour that informed everything he did endeared him to legions of beauty fans. Rest in Peace, Brandon.
