In this episode, Jeannette interviews Toni Gargan from Owen Oliver Property. Toni is a property investor, mentor, public speaker, entrepreneur and trainer teaching others how to invest in property.
They discuss how Toni and her husband juggled having two little boys to look after and two full-time jobs with starting a property business. As well as how they borrowed from other people to get started rather than following the traditional financing route. Toni is passionate about helping others through being an educator and public speaker. She explains how she overcame fear and risk to transition from her day job in HR to fulfilling her dream to help others by teaching them to become property developers.
