Today I'm sharing one of the most helpful frameworks for me in my business. I learned it from my friend Tod Herman. This framework has helped me see where my business is and where I want to go with it in the coming years. The 5 stages are:
- The start-up phase
- The ramp-up phase
- The build-up phase
- The scale-up phase
- The leader-up phase
No framework is perfect, but this one is extremely helpful. My hope is that you'll be able to identify where you are in this matrix. This will show you what you need to do to solve the struggles you're currently going through in your business.
