Missoula City Council Approves Updated Housing Plan Amid Rising Home Prices
Missoula City Council has given preliminary approval to an updated five-year housing plan, aiming to tackle the citys housing squeeze amid soaring home prices. The plan, which passed with a ten-to-one vote, builds on efforts from the citys 2019 strategy and focuses on key areas such as launching an affordable housing trust fund, allowing accessory dwelling units, and supporting community projects.
