Heather Hoyer, a Montana native and Montana University System Board of Regents member, will deliver the keynote speech at the University of Montana Westerns 129th commencement. With 31 years of education experience, shes been honored as the 2024 Montana ACTE Administrator of the Year. Hoyer, a 1994 Montana Western graduate, will inspire new graduates on May 9th at 10 a.m. in Bulldog Stadium.
