Gallatin County, Montana, makes significant strides in mental health and addiction services, as reported by the Gallatin Behavioral Health Coalition. The coalitions 2025 Impact Report showcases the opening of the countys first adult psychiatric inpatient unit, new addiction treatment options, crisis services, and a countywide Assisted Outpatient Treatment program.
