Bozemans city leaders are revamping the design guidelines for the Neighborhood Conservation Overlay District (NCOD) to align with modern historic preservation practices and community values. This initiative, part of the Local Landmark Project, aims to preserve the historic charm of Bozemans downtown core. The NCOD, covering over 4,000 properties and 9 National Register Historic Districts, has been in place since 1991. The public is invited to attend a community open house on April 13th to provide input on the proposed changes.
