Greg & Donnie discuss the technical and sales support aspects and how Donnie wanted to have faster turnaround and response to customers needs in addition to dropping the price of the new Pro 2 by $100. Donnie explains that the technological nature of the product made relationships between him and his customers more critical then most other products on the market.
