While those whiskeys are maturing, they are crafting blends from bourbons and ryes sourced from Indiana, Kentucky and Tennessee. Brush Creek Bourbon is a blend of whiskeys from all three states, while Brush Creek Rye is a blend of two different rye mash bills from Indiana. Both their rye and bourbon are bottled at 94 proof.
