黎智英一案，法官宣佈了長達855頁的判詞。這恐怕是傅柯的《懲戒與規訓》的最生動的註腳（香港獨立媒體法庭線 The Witness對這篇判詞進行了詳細的解讀。）黎智英的不認罪與不服從，以及眾多在監獄中的抗爭者，或許，這就是如今香港的最大悲劇所在，這也是公元前441年索福克勒斯的悲劇《安提戈涅》的精神所在。當安提戈涅憑——這位人類歷史上最早的公民不服從者——個人良知與國王的律法對峙之時，黑格爾稱之為「地球上出現過的最壯麗的形象」（《哲學史講演錄》）.
