Massachusetts State Trooper Donovan Preston, 31, was arrested for drunk driving after being found slumped over in his running BMW with an open can of hard seltzer. Despite initial refusal, he performed poorly on a field sobriety test and pleaded not guilty to charges. State Police suspended him, and hes due back in court on May 13th.
