Massachusetts drivers frustration at the notorious Route 128 and I-93 cloverleaf interchange in Woburn and Reading is about to get some relief. MassDOT plans to add a fifth lane on I-95 northbound and a fourth lane up to North Avenue to alleviate congestion. A virtual public hearing is scheduled for April 9th at 6:30 PM for input and sign-ups.
