23-year-old Connecticut woman shot dead in Maine, local man arrested for murder. Makayla Rose Desantis, from Colchester, was killed at Left Bank condo near Sugarloaf ski resort. Austin Doucette, 24, from Carrabassett Valley, charged with murder. Incident occurred Sunday evening, victim airlifted to Portland hospital but did not survive.
