Show Notes
Brian Davids, a junior at Boston College, has been named the 2026 Martin Luther King Jr. Scholarship winner. Despite studying abroad, his father accepted the award on his behalf. Brian, a co-founder of Black in Business at BC and outreach coordinator for the Black Student Forum, was chosen for his strong grades, leadership, community service, and ties to the African American community. He will receive up to $35,000 for his senior year tuition and a $1,000 bookstore gift. The scholarship, now in its 44th year, aims to advance Martin Luther King Jr.s legacy towards a better America.
