Crystal serves as the Director of Education, Training, and DE&I Strategies for RealSource Properties, bringing with her over 18 years of experience in the Multifamily Housing industry. In her current role, Crystal is responsible for the design and implementation of onboarding initiatives, leadership development, and mentoring programs, while also overseeing Diversity and Inclusion efforts at RealSource Properties.
As a COLOR Magazine’s 40 under 40 Powerlist honoree for her contributions to DE&I in the workplace, she is active within the Multifamily industry, participating on a national level as a recent National Apartment Association Diversity Leadership Program graduate and Capstone winner.
She also serves on the NAA's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, is a mentor for the NAA's Diversity Leadership Program, and is Co-Chair of the Membership Committee and DE&I Taskforce at the Apartment Association of Greater Columbia (AAGC).
Crystal attended the University of South Carolina, earned her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation from the National Apartment Association, and holds a Property Manager in Charge license for South Carolina.
