Get to know Faith:
Faith Barker has been with Pioneer Acquisitions for the last 6.5 years, currently as their Marketing Director. Although the company is based in Chicago, she has the privilege of working remotely from sunny South Florida.
In a relatively short amount of time, she has grown in her role and been recognized in the multifamily industry as a leader on the rise. She is the 2018 CAMME (Chicagoland Apartment Association’s awards) winner.
In 2022, she graduated from the National Apartment Association’s (NAA) Diversity Leadership Program, where she met many of her current industry friends and mentors. She was 1 of 15 people who were chosen across the nation to participate in the program and she won the capstone project.
She is currently in the Class of 2023 for the NAA Leadership Lyceum. Faith is one of 35 chosen for this program.
