Who is Devan?
Devan began her student housing career in 2014 while attending the University of Kansas. She started her student housing career with Campus Apartments and PeakMade Real Estate. With them, she took on many roles, from leasing agent to national leasing specialist and new development property manager.
Over the course of her career, she has gained experience in more than 30 Student Housing markets across the country. The most memorable ones she has visited are Laramie, Wyoming, and San Marcos, TX.
She currently works for the Tailwind Group, as their Director of Leasing. In that capacity, she oversees the corporate leasing team, as well as the leasing success of all student housing properties.
She calls Columbus, OH home, along with her husband and Golden Retriever, Cannoli. She is an avid sports fan, rooting for the Cleveland Browns and Kansas basketball.
