Jesse Hamilton, a former state senator now in charge of the city’s massive real estate portfolio, had his cellphone taken last week by state investigators at Kennedy Airport at the same time as they seized devices from Ingrid Lewis-Martin, Mayor Adams’ chief adviser, three sources familiar with the matter told the Daily News.
