Das 4-Ohren-Modell, das auf Schulz von Thun zurückgeht, gehört zur Pflegeausbildung. Nur - wie sieht es mit der praktischen Anwendung im Pflegealltag aus? Fakt ist: Pflegende hören tendenziell auf dem Beziehungsohr, was für den Pflegeberuf enorm wichtig ist. In stressigen Situationen wäre es allerdings oft hilfreich, mehr auf dem Sachohr oder dem Selbstoffenbarungsohr zu hören.
