Wellness Warrior
Antoinette Lee, MBA, a former tech CEO, is an 11-year U.S. Army veteran. She was an Air Assault qualified, expert field medic trained in anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and infection control and disease prevention. Today, Antoinette is an outdoor industry influencer, model, consultant, freelance writer at several magazines, founder of the American Adventure Sports Club nonprofit, and motivational health and wellness speaker, delivering the "New Normal Big Life" talk, blog, and podcast. Her debut book is Four Hours to Live—A Soldier's Journey of Adoption, Assault, and Advocacy. *Under contract negotiations — accepting offers.
Aside from an amazing recovery journey from using a walker, a service dog, and a full-time caregiver after a traumatic brain injury, spine injury, and PTSD, Antoinette shows others how to create their "new normal" and live the "biggest life" they can dream.
One of her passions is talking about how outdoor recreation is at the intersection of health, wellness, stewardship, and adventure. She can usually be found in the Northwoods, with her family, stewarding the forest and river around their homestead while living the adventure sports lifestyle.
