De zittend premier en interim-president van Zuid-Korea, Han Duck-soo, mag toch aanblijven als leider van het land. Dat heeft het Constitutioneel Hof vandaag besloten. Volgens Remco Breuker, hoogleraar Koreastudies aan de Universiteit Leiden, kan Han voor stabiliteit in Zuid-Korea zorgen. ‘Hij wordt gezien als iemand die zich boven de partijbelangen kan stellen.’
