Het lage tarief in de vennootschapsbelasting (vpb) is niet geschikt om het midden- en kleinbedrijf (mkb) te ondersteunen. De regeling sluit niet aan bij problemen van het mkb, en het voordeel komt voor een groot deel terecht bij bedrijven waarvoor dit niet bedoeld is.
