Horecaketen Van der Valk hoeft geen coronasteun terug te betalen aan de Nederlandse staat. Dit heeft het College van Beroep voor het bedrijfsleven (CBb) besloten. Het ministerie van Economische Zaken vond dat het bedrijf onterecht een te hoog bedrag aan steun had ontvangen, maar de rechter ging hier niet in mee.
