Wie op een betaalbare stedentrip naar Barcelona wil gaan, kan dat het beste nog deze zomer doen. De Spaanse regio Catalonië heeft namelijk de geplande verhoging van de toeristenbelasting uitgesteld tot na het hoogseizoen. Volgens Spanje-correspondent Jorn Lucas gaat Barcelona gebukt onder massatoerisme, 'maar er is ook een politiek spelletje aan de gang'.
