President Donald Trump wil een importheffing van 100 procent invoeren op films die (gedeeltelijk) buiten de Verenigde Staten zijn opgenomen. De Amerikaanse filmindustrie reageert verbijsterd, en ook de Nederlandse regisseur Martin Koolhoven snapt er weinig van. ‘Dit had ik niet zien aankomen. Het is zo’n rare maatregel; de hele redenering klopt niet.’
