Stichting Take Back Your Privacy gaat in hoger beroep tegen de populaire video-app TikTok. ‘TikTok heeft op verschillende manieren de privacy van kinderen geschonden en doet dat nog elke dag’, zegt Gerard Spierenburg van de Consumentenbond, die de stichting ondersteunt bij de zaak. De wens is zowel een materiële als immateriële schadevergoeding voor 1,5 miljoen kinderen.
