De Belastingdienst heeft de ruimte om een waarschuwing te geven als een bedrijf werk laat doen door een zelfstandige dat in loondienst moet worden uitgevoerd. Vanaf 1 januari gaat de fiscus optreden tegen schijnconstructies. ZZP Nederland is blij met die toezegging, maar vreest nog steeds dat opdrachtgevers besluiten om zzp’ers niet meer in te huren, zegt voorzitter Frank Alfrink.
