De consument blijkt een slecht beeld te hebben van onze retailsector. Uit onderzoek van Bureau Q&A Retail blijkt dat slechts 11 procent van de retailers de score 'goed' krijgt van de consument. 'Wat vooral opvalt, is dat veel winkels te weinig onderscheidend worden gevonden,' zegt retail-deskundige John Terra.
