Rituals gaat 10 procent van zijn nettowinst investeren in charitatieve initiatieven. Daarmee hoopt oprichter Raymond Cloosterman het cosmeticabedrijf als een force for good in te zetten. En dat is in de huidige omstandigheden goed mogelijk, zegt hij in BNR Zakendoen. ‘We hebben het voorrecht om hard te groeien, en dat komt met een verantwoordelijkheid om dat structureel in te vullen.’
