De Iraanse ambassadeur is dinsdag op het ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken ontboden, nadat Iran een Nederlandse diplomatieke zending in beslag heeft genomen. Volgens het ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken is er sprake van een 'diplomatiek incident', en noemt het 'onacceptabel'. Oud-ambassadeur Ron Keller legt uit dat er eerst geprobeerd is om de situatie 'achter de schermen op te lossen'.
