Er moet een vaste Noord-Europese contactgroep komen met de Scandinavische en Baltische landen, alsook IJsland, Nederland, Schotland en Duitsland zodat Nederland snel beleid kan afstemmen met deze noordelijke partnerlanden. Het voorstel is van CDA-Kamerlid Derk Boswijk op 'nadrukkelijk verzoek van de Nordic plus'.
