Rusland zal zich weinig aantrekken van het nieuwe Europese sanctiepakket, zegt Rusland-correspondent Joost Bosman. De Russische president Vladimir Poetin is volgens Bosman nog helemaal niet bezig met vrede en wil maar één ding: winnen in Oekraïne. ‘Als Rusland één ding laat zien, is dat het lippendienst bewijst aan de vrede.’
