Grote Amerikaanse techbedrijven, zoals Apple en Meta, zijn in de Europese Unie zo goed als gestopt met het uitrollen van hun nieuwste ontwikkelingen op het gebied van kunstmatige intelligentie (AI). De strenge Europese regelgeving schrikt hen af.
