Uit nieuw onderzoek van internationaal vastgoedadviseur Savills blijkt dat ruim twee derde van de logistieke panden zich bevindt in gebieden met onvoldoende netcapaciteit voor elektriciteitsverbruik. De netcongestie belemmert zowel internationale partijen als binnenlandse bedrijven om uit te breiden. 'Daarmee komt de concurrentiekracht van Nederland als industriële en logistieke toplocatie onder druk te staan', zegt Wouter van ’t Grunewold, Market Intelligence Analist bij Savills Nederland.
