Secretaris-generaal Mark Rutte van de NAVO zal de Duitse bondskanselier Friedrich Merz vandaag onder meer aanspreken op de Duitse bureaucratie. Duitsland heeft zijn handtekening gezet onder de nieuwe NAVO-norm en moet nu ook leveren. 'Er hangt een hoop vanaf als Duitse wapenproducenten goed gaan produceren', zegt correspondent Derk Marseille.
