Een nog onbekende kortegolfradiozender stuurt sinds het begin van de oorlog in Iran doorlopend mysterieuze berichten de hele wereld in. In het Farsi worden er doorlopend codes verzonden, die mogelijk opdrachten bevatten voor de ontvangers. Maar voorlopig is het een groot vraagteken door wie en voor wie de codes worden verstuurd.
