Werkgevers hebben wel degelijk mogelijkheden om thuiswerkend personeel te monitoren. Volgens advocaat arbeidsrecht Pascal Besselink is de gedachte dat er helemaal niets mag onjuist. 'Dat wordt wel eens gedacht, maar dat is niet het geval. Het mag in sommige situaties wel degelijk.'
