Het kabinet dringt er bij het Openbaar Ministerie op aan om antisemitische daders voor terrorisme te vervolgen. Harde bewijzen voor een terroristisch oogmerk zijn daarbij cruciaal, zegt hoogleraar en advocaat Geert-Jan Knoops. ‘Zoiets kan je wel veronderstellen, maar in de rechtszaal moet je het ook bewijzen.’
