Israël is van plan een ‘beperkte grondoperatie’ te starten in Libanon. Daarover heeft het land de Verenigde Staten ingelicht, meldt de Amerikaanse krant The Washington Post op basis van een anonieme Amerikaanse overheidsfunctionaris. De grondinvasie zou ‘binnenkort’ moeten starten, meldt de krant eveneens.
